Refund Policy

AceTEAS is a digital learning platform sold as a one-time Full Access purchase. Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate or accidental multiple charges.
• Technical inability to access the service after payment (and you contacted support promptly).
• Fraudulent transactions (after investigation).

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email within 7 days of the charge. Include your full name, the charge date/amount, and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations

Full Access is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charges. If you have an earlier recurring subscription, you can cancel it anytime from your account; access remains available until the end of the current billing period and future renewals stop.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
