Refund Policy

AceTEAS is a digital, subscription‑based learning platform. Because access is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate or accidental multiple charges.
• Technical inability to access the service after payment (and you contacted support promptly).
• Fraudulent transactions (after investigation).

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email within 7 days of the charge. Include your full name, the charge date/amount, and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals stop immediately on cancel.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
